On the other hand, of the five nights we stayed, the room was partially cleaned only on the first night. 'I will NOT be using Expedia for further travel; due to the experience we had at this property. This property made it VERY clear that Expedia does not do any on-site Vetting, and if they do, they sure missed this one. The room we had was dirty, the bed felt like it should have been replaced a decade ago, so that made the bed sheets, (that didn't seem to be the correct size) VERY susceptible to coming off, wallpaper was coming off the wall, desk chair leather was cracked and brittle (needed to be...

'Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful! There is no lobby to check in or have some refreshments. Checking in process only by phone. I personally didn’t like it. I like hotels face to face check in . It felt like once housekeeping staff leaves for a day, you on your own . Not my cup of tea! It’s my personal opinion.'

'The stay was very good. The lodge was well done. It's a renovated 70s building. We had some miscommunication from Expedia to the lodge though. I would recommend booking through them directly. The lodge honored the room but there at only one left so I could've been very unlucky if they weren't so gracious. The staff was very helpful. The pool is pretty cool even though it's heated.
