At reception you will be given the key to the apartment and a card to activate the power.

With 90 m², the flat has a spacious living room, ceiling fan, TV and a fully integrated kitchen, equipped with breakfast bar, fridge, microwave and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The open plan design and excellent natural lighting create a cosy and functional environment for all types of stays.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. Both are air-conditioned, and there is a second full bathroom available for other guests.

The building is residential, quiet and has a swimming pool and common areas to relax. Its strategic location in El Laguito allows you to enjoy the best of Cartagena: nearby beaches, shopping, quick access to Bocagrande and a privileged view of the lake. ACCESS TO THE BUILDING:

Only guests mentioned in the reservation are allowed in the building, all additional personnel must be registered in the reservation for proper authorization.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

Early check-in and late check-out have an additional charge subject to availability. In case you require these services, please consult the possibility and value of the fee with your host. Normal check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am.
