Ótima localização e boa vontade dos funcionarios
Não tenha dúvidas em ficar em Getsemani. O hotel fica na “Calle Larga”, a 500m da cidade murada e próximo dos bares e restaurantes de Getsemani, sem estar no meio do tumulto e barulho das ruas principais. Nós nos sentimos seguros em caminhar pelas ruas, com crianças, tanto de dia como de noite. O hotel um prédio antigo e simples (como quase todos da região), mas as camas são confortáveis, o banheiro funciona bem, ar condicionado bom e entrega o que propõe no anúncio. Apenas o café da manhã é razoável. Jesus é um excelente atendente e está sempre disposto a ajudar. Ficaríamos de novo.

The property was overall disappointing. Too expensive for the old somewhat run down condition of the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, and options seemed to depend on whether the person working the front desk at the time felt like asking how you wanted eggs cooked, or preferences on fruit. One front desk person was very helpful, another seemed disgruntled. Would not stay there again. Seems like the readings were manipulated as the hotel's condition did not match expectations based on what the readings were.

It is a small, but has the home feeling. Staff is very courteous and helpful. It is very closed to many major landmarks, as well as food options. Room is big enough for a family of 3. Simple breakfast is included.

Excelente
Llegamos casi a la media noche, pero nos estaban esperando. La persona que nos recibió nos dio buenas sugerencias para salir al siguiente día. El desayuno estuvo ok. Pero la atención y amablidad destacan. El hotel es pequeño pero esta en una excelente ubicación. El día siguiente teniamos un tour y el muelle la Bodeguita nos quedaba a 10 minutos caminando.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. As a solo woman traveller, I felt very safe at all times. The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. The hotel is located in an excellent area - just a few minutes walk to a major plaza with street food and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel was quiet and I slept well for the three nights I was there. The staff were really nice, too. I’d stay here again for sure.

Good location, a short walk to the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay too. But to call it a 'boutique' is a stretch. The room could use some upkeeping and upgrading. It smelled musty. The shower door was flimsy and wouldn't fully close, which makes it a potential hazard. Overall it was an ok experience but would not return.

Thank you for your stay, if we do not make an effort to do maintenance, we are always in favor of making improvements so that everyone feels very good when visiting us, if you had notified us in a timely manner about the problem at the door, we would have corrected it immediately.

PONTOS POSITIVOS: EXCELENTE Localização, conforto, limpeza e atendimento (parabéns ao Horlando) PONTOS NEGATIVOS: - O chekin é as 15h independente se o quarto estiver desocupado e limpo. Nao fazem exceção. - somente dois quartos tem janelas para a area externa. Os demais sao para o corredor interno de circulação.

Me encanto el hotel, esta a 2 cuadras y media de la zona turistica. A 2 cuadras y media de domde salen todos los tours. La habitacion muy limpia, aire acondicionado si trabajaba. Todos los empleados muy amables. El desayuno estaba listo tal como lo anunciaban 7:30am. Definitivamente si recomiendo este hotel.😀

I do NOT recommend at all!
Photos do not represent the reality. First night I had to kill two cockroaches. Next day they change me to a room smelling mold. I rented a room for 7 days but I left after 3 days. First time in my life I left a hotel. Place is in very bad shape and I do not recommend

Mr. Daniel, first of all I apologize for your inconvenience at the establishment. I inform you about the smell of mold we have tried in many ways to eliminate it but the environment and historical and colonial place does not help much. They are walls with a thickness of about 50 centimeters, the vast majority of hotels in the sector have that in common. We use machines such as ozonator and anti-humidity to reduce. About the vichos from time to time they slip into us, if I walk in the sector at night, you will have seen many of them walking on the platforms and at least carelessly enter the establishments. Affirmation of the above is that we do not find small ones, only large ones that are sometimes flying. I recommend you for the next opportunity, choosing a place near the beach is a very different environment from the historical, old and colonial. Jorge Fegali

The property was small but nice. Staff was great, nice, and attentive. Breakfast was great. We were fed fruit, OJ, coffee, and eggs, ham sandwich, or something the like daily. Very safe as gates are kept locked at all times. Our only complaint was the loudness of other guesses.
