To ensure a smooth and safe stay, please note the following:

A maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the building
All guests must be registered before check-in (ID or passport required)
Visitors must also be registered before check-in
Unregistered visitors are not allowed during the stay
Infants (0–2 years) are allowed as an additional guest for 80,000 COP per night
No third-party bookings: the main booker must stay in the apartment
Smoking is not allowed (cleaning fees apply if violated)
For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is included at our expense
Rooftop pool: temporarily closed
Jacuzzi & jetstream (3rd floor): open daily from 09:00 – 19:00
