New Relaxing Studio w/ spacious balcony/Old City

The building, which is brand new, is the perfect combination of comfort and caribbean elegance. You can enjoy the magnificent views of Castillo San Felipe from the pool and jacuzzi in the building's rooftop terrace. It's in walking distance from the best sights of the city center; restaurants, bars, squares. Perfect for couples or solo travelers.

The space
The apartment is located on the first floor of a brand new stylish building in the old city with elevator, it offers a unique experience and a great location inside Getsemani, close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle.

The studio is composed of one open space where you have the kitchen and bedroom area. All of the apt is benefited from a big window door which makes it very luminous and fresh if you want to leave it open and embrace the caribbean atmosphere. It also has an air conditioner which cools the entire space and a fan.

The space has a king size bed.

The studio has a private spacious balcony, with an outdoor sofa and dining area, that has views to an incredible luscious garden.

The building has a shared terrace with beautiful views, a pool and an ambient water jacuzzi.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire apartment and the shared terrace.

Only registered guests are allowed into the building. Visitors are not allowed.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FULL NAMES OF ALL GUESTS STAYING IN THE APARTMENT, AS THIS IS REQUIRED FOR LOBBY REGISTRATION. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE PERMITTED TO CHECK IN.

1. Mainly, treat the apartment with consideration and respect.

2. Only registered guests are allowed into the building, visitors are not allowed.

Additional guests can be included upon arrival. The guest has to inform the host at least six hours in advance and send their name and id # during working hours (8am-5pm).

3. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00p.m

4. Parties and prostitution are not allowed. If you have a party or any illegal activity where the police or the administration of the building is involved you will be fined $1,000usd.

5. Please turn off the air conditioners when you are not using them.

6. Smoking is only allowed on the roof top terrace.

7. Please don't lose the keys, if you lose them you will be charged $20usd to change the locks.

8. If anything is damaged while you're staying here, please notify us immediately.
