The Space:

The space

Laid out across an open-plan living area, this waterfront apartment accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. Natural light pours through the living space and leads directly out to the terrace, where the water sits right in front of you. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the Caribbean heat manageable through the warmest hours, and a TV is on hand for quieter evenings indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms offer private space for guests to settle into. The sleeping configuration includes 2 single beds, 1 king size bed, and 1 sofa bed - comfortably accommodating all five guests. With 2.5 bathrooms shared across the group, mornings move without a rush. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage are all in place.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for everything from a relaxed breakfast to a full sit-down meal. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle are all available, along with cooking basics, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, and coffee. The dining table provides a comfortable indoor setting, though the terrace tends to pull guests outside.



Outdoor living

The patio and balcony are where the waterfront position makes itself fully felt. Whether it's an early coffee with the sea spread out before you or a drink as the light softens over the water, the terrace becomes the natural centre of the stay.



Resort facilities

Calablanca Residences includes a pool suited to both morning laps and long, idle afternoons. The gym keeps active guests well covered. The game room - with its pool table and ping pong table - offers a natural gathering point when the afternoon heat peaks. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.



Connectivity & convenience

Wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed. A washer and dryer make the apartment well-suited to longer visits - stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free parking is available in the on-site garage, with free street parking also nearby. Self check-in means arrival happens on your schedule, and building staff are available 24 hours a day throughout your stay. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
