You will be alone in the world in this spacious and elegant country house which enjoys absolute tranquility and the exclusivity of the view of the landscapes. The interior is charming and comfortable. Outside, you will enjoy the swimming pool and the huge free space of the garden which extends over the meadows and woods. You can walk in the surrounding paths, on foot, by bike, by mountain bike. And you are 20 minutes by car from all the classified sites of the Périgord Noir.
The accommodation
You benefit from the house without sharing.

It is spread over 2 levels.

On the highest level, the space is designed as a loft consisting of a large living area centered on the fireplace, kitchen, dining, music and reading areas, office or games room. All around, large bay windows give you the feeling of being perched in the middle of nature.

On the same level, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (one large and one small) and their toilet. The beds can be arranged independently or as a single bed according to your wishes. An independent studio, with a separate entrance, includes a double bed and a small bathroom and toilet.

On the first floor, 2 adjoining bedrooms with a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet nearby) and beds, which can be independent or close together, are ideal for children who can live their lives while being close to their parents.

You will of course have the opportunity to enjoy the garden, the swimming pool and beyond, without fences or barriers, the surrounding nature to prepare the barbecue, lunch, read, take a nap, swim, walk, as if you were alone in the world.
Traveler access
You have access to the whole house independently. All amenities, swimming pool, garden, access, parking are entirely at your disposal. The access path is totally private.
Other remarks
It is possible to smoke on the terrace of the studio, at the pool or in the garden. On the other hand, the interior of the house is non-smoking.
