'The hotel has been very clear with communication from the start. The check in was easy and convenient. (Only downside I encountered - what you will encounter in most small Southern Europe hotels - is that they make a copy of your passport which legally is not allowed by most countries. 'Very central location, lovely rooftop pool. Cleaners were present every day if you want them, and also happy not to clean if you ask them not to. It's a bit noisy as close to a main square, although ear plugs are provided. Very comfortable bed. They don't have staff on reception but rooms are easily accessed via a code sent by email. '
