"CASA POMONTE" is a TWO-ROOM SEA-VIEW APARTMENT in a UNIQUE LOCATION situated on a ROCK directly facing the SEA, where you can enjoy the view of POMONTE’s CRYSTAL-CLEAR waters through a floor-to-ceiling window.
You can ADMIRE EXTRAORDINARY SUNSETS while being LULLED by the gentle sound of waves crashing against the rocks.
The HOUSE has a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE adjacent to the property; it is 2.50 meters wide and 5 meters long

INDOOR
“Casa Pomonte” takes its name from the very location where the two-room apartment is situated: on one side, a view of the sea; on the other, a view of the mountains and the village. The apartment is comfortably set up for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 (by sleeping on the sofa, which converts into a bunk bed located in the living area). You enter the apartment via 5 or 6 comfortable outdoor steps, leading to a small terrace with a view of the village and the mountains.
From here, you enter the two-room apartment through a French door equipped with shutters.

Upon entering the living area, on the left, you’ll find the kitchenette equipped with pots, cutlery, glasses, mugs, trays, and everything needed for cooking, as well as a cleaning kit (mop, broom, bucket, trash can).

It is also equipped with the following appliances: a kettle, a Caffitaly espresso machine, a moka pot, a microwave, a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and a refrigerator. Near the kitchenette is a table (110x75 cm) that can be moved as needed.

The room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a bunk bed, with a wall-mounted TV across from it, a built-in closet next to it for guests’ use, and fire-retardant curtains on the French doors.

The bedroom with a sea view features a “high-tech” floor-to-ceiling window that offers guests breathtaking views: sunrises and sunsets over an emerald-green sea, with the island of Corsica visible in the distance.

The bedroom is furnished with a padded double bed, a clothes rack, a dresser, nightstands, a television, and blackout curtains.

The apartment is equipped with split-system air conditioning and heating in both rooms; the color scheme of the furnishings ranges from butter-white, sand, light blue, and blue.
The house is equipped with a clothesline, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a beach umbrella, a small outdoor safe for keys, and an outdoor coffee table.




HOSPITALITY Upon arrival, guests will find linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats), bedspreads, pillows, tablecloths, chair covers, and trash bags—all already set out.

Linen changes are provided for stays of 2 weeks.

In addition, a single-use kitchen welcome kit is provided: sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine detergent tablets, dish soap, and a sponge to cover your needs on the day of arrival; a single-use bathroom welcome kit including bar soap, shower gel, 1 roll of toilet paper.

If you arrive late in the evening, we recommend bringing the “necessary groceries”: there is a small convenience store in the village that closes at 7:30 PM. There are bars and traditional restaurants, a pharmacy, a church, an ATM, and a post office. There are both public and equipped beaches nearby (on rocks or pebbles). POMONTE serves as a meeting point and starting point for various hiking and biking trails.

The house is duly registered on the Tuscany Region’s portal in accordance with current regulations.
