'Le Check-in et le Check-out étaient autonomes et simples. La climatisation nous a sauvés durant notre séjour à Venise étant donné que c’était l’été. La salle de bain et la chambre était spacieuse, et l’appartement était très bien situé. Près du Pont Rialto à pieds tout en étant dans un coin calme.'

'The check-in was easy. The place seemed nice and clean. The problem was that when we returned from a day trip to Rome, our water wasn’t working. We only had a trickle coming from the kitchen and bathroom sinks, nothing from the shower, and the toilet reservoir only intermittently filled enough to flush. We attempted to contact management, but they didn’t answer their phone or text messages. I advise anyone thinking of staying here to do it at their own risk. I wouldn’t stay again.'

'La struttura si trova in un complesso di villette con parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La stanza e la casa in generale molto carine, peccato che il bagno seppure privato non fosse in camera (probabilmente non ci abbiamo fatto caso durante la prenotazione), cosa che ne rendeva l'utilizzo scomodo. Segnalo inoltre che le tubature risultavano un po' intasate e che necessitassero di un intervento prima del nostro arrivo.'

'Goed was het inchecken en uitchecken! Het was schoon en netjes . Een minpunt was de WLAN / WiFi. Gebruikersnaam klopte niet … eenmaal zelf de andere gebruikersnaam met het wachtwoord ingevoerd. Maar slechte verbinding en viel vaak weg. In deze tijd is dat voor de gast belangrijk!!'
