I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The staffs were very friendly, caring, and well mannered. The room was really clean and beautiful. The restaurants had delicious food.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a very nice stay. We felt it was comfortable and the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is older, but that helped to make it feel like an authentic Casablanca hotel.

Brilliant Location. GREAT stay. AMAZING STAFF
Everything was excellent. The 4 star ratings were only for the condition of the rooms... a tad bit dark furnishing..ppssibly deliberately to go with the medivial room names... but very decent space, and the icing was the brilliant staff. While we couldnt get all their names, Nadia stood out..every caring and attentive..without apparently hovering around like staff at other hotels ... The beakfast service was excellent too.

The hotel is family friendly which we loved. Check in was smooth and really appreciated the upgrade. The spa service was excellent, the ladies were courteous and professional. The kids loved the pool. The gym was clean I just wish the windows were clean as well, the sunrise from up there is gorgeous. Breakfast was well thought out, and we enjoyed most of the selections. Our room was cleaned daily and they had a wonderful gentleman who assisted with our kids pull out bed each night. The front desk was also very helpful with scheduling transport from airport and through out our stay. All of this really made us fall in love with this place. We will be back.

Has its ups and downs, not the most service minded reception. Looks like it was extremely cool 20-30 years ago. Area is ok, Bar is good, breakfast is ok but nothing more not worth the price. Generally decent quality but at the price point you expect more compared to other hotels in the country. Had a smaller room but essentially as good service on a three star hotel that was a fourth the price.

Very nice Riad in Casablanca
It a very nice place. We had suite with a big balcony which was very nice. The Bathrooms were very clean. The location was perfect. The pull out sofa bed is getting old but it was comfortable for the children.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!
This trip was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend staying here for anyone that is visiting or passing through Casablanca. I booked this hotel as I was flying out of Casablanca in the morning and wanted a nice place to rest for the night. This hotel did not disappoint! From the start of my stay, where I was greeted by the door stuff, to the easy and convenient checkin, to the amazing room that I stayed in. Everything was great, and it was a great value for money. The staff and the service went way above and beyond. I realized that I had left my toothbrush at my last hotel, I called down to the front desk to see if they had one, they did not. But within five minutes I had someone knocking at my door with a toothbrush for which they had gone out to buy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I cannot wait to go visit Casablanca again, and to stay at this property!!! You should definitely book here!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff!
We had a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were very kind, gracious and helpful. The room was incredible! We really enjoyed the restaurant, very delicious. Casablanca is very large but this hotel is a good location, about a 15-20 minute walk from some restaurants we tried and the Medina and Hassan II mosque.
