'Ok for one night'

'Our first visit to Parma and a great success. Excellent stay in quirky and comfortable apartment with all the necessary facilities and next to the Duomo, so in the middle of the centre. Easy and very helpful communication with the owner, including arranging parking around the corner. And many thanks to Antonia, who was always availabe for help and support.'

The villa and the garden has allot of history and character which made it very pleasant to stay in. It is very specious, clean and cool even though it was very warm outside. 'Barbara has a beautiful property - such care and so helpful from arranging a balsamic producer tour to putting out fresh eggs and beans for us. The property is stunning and the pool area gorgeous- a MUST to stay in a fantastic area with being central to so many places - do not miss this wee gem'

'Building smelled strongly of urine as soon as we walked into the property. Owner said it would take 30 minutes to clean the bathroom. “Double bed” was a mattress on the floor. Property should be advertised as a hostel for accuracy. Refused to stay in a property with such poor conditions and accommodations. Left immediately.'

'The location was excellent for people travelling by train, just a few minutes from the train station. Perfect for a short stay with trips by train to the surroundings. Although the kitchen/sitting room is very small it is very well equipped and the bedroom is very cosy. We appreciated the absolutly quiet location in the backyard! It was our first "automatic check in" and we were surprised how well it worked. Altogether a very nice experience and we would definitely return if we came to Mantova...

'The bed was really bad, you could feel the springs. Also although, in small letters communicated , you need to pay 20 euro just for using a really small kitchen. The pressure of the shower is oke, but not the direction of the water, it goes everywere.'
