'We really loved the property and tried to take full advantage of the space, location, and amenities. We booked this property with the understanding there was AC, yet there was none because the machine was broken. We had a later check in on Saturday, so unfortunately, the hosts did not get back to us for about 12 hours. By that time it was Sunday and nobody could service the AC machine. 'Our stay in Polignano a Mare was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, offering breathtaking views of the sea right from our suite. Cosimo (manager) was exceptionally friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions on where to park and even upgrading us to a beautiful suite with best and amazing view.
