'La istancia ha sido muy agradable, el apartamento muy bonito, limpio y moderno. La limpieza excelente y la asistencia tambien. El apartamento tenia todo el necesario. Personalmente encuentro que el colchon de la cama no ha sido comfortable, pero es personal. Por el resto top apartamento, recomiendo.'

'Altogether we lived in this appartement for 3 months. We were completely happy and felt very much at home. Puerto banus is a lively luxury part of Marbella. The appartement blocks are situated around a beautiful garden. The weather was fine apart from the last two weeks of January, which were unusual cold. Caron is a very attentive host and her local agent is also very helpful. We surely recommend this appartement and hope to be back at the end of the year.'

'The location of the appartment is very good, a short walk to the harbour with many restaurants and a nice walk of 20 minutes to the old center of Estepona. The appartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and the terrace is wonderfull with a nice view on the sea.'

As mentioned by the owner, it gets noisy because this apartment is in the heart of Marbella. Simply bring earplugs and you are set for a great stay.'

'Not kidding on that part! It is the only building that is absolute frontline on the boardwalk with no restaurant in front. Beach right there.The lobby is immaculate and Alexandro who is building manager was very helpful. A sweet little apartment with superb view of the water and great for people watching. Nice big terrace which is what this visit is really all about. Shall be back.'

We experienced as very positive: 1) the accuracy in the VPRO description, and 2) the excellent written and verbal contacts with Tony Luelmo. 'Spent 1 month in recently renovated Penthouse with all amenities. If anything was lacking or not in order all we had to do is phone Abigail to resolve the issue. It was a home away from home with everything one needed. Kitchen fully equipped, all new bed sheets and a huge terrace overlooking a valley with golf course as well as the sea. 'Voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruim, schoon en sfeervol. Prima ontvangst en uitleg. Parkeergarage is handig maar wel beetje krap. Fijn zwembad bij het complex en sport/speelveld op loopafstand. Goede restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Heerlijke bedden en keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige minpuntje was de kapotte kussens van de tuinstoelen.'

'Gedurende de 2 weken van het verblijf (29 mei-11 juni) konden de jongens vanwege onderhoud (!) geen gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad, ERG jammer. Verder zou je helemaal om moeten lopen door het hele gebouw heen, daarna trappen af, achterlangs, om bij dat zwembad (of het strand) te komen, omdat het appartement op de 1e etage ligt. Appartement is prima in orde, ook zeer smaakvol ingericht.'

'Lovely clean apartment, we arrived late and was met by Giorgio who showed us around, lovely balcony and little garden, we had a small plumbing problem which was fixed instantly, would highly recommend future visitors, but you will need a car for shopping, the walk down to Sabinnilas was a good work out and along the promenade was lovely but I like walking, will probably rent again as we are always in the area on business.'
