'Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend.'

'Fantastic resort, with beautiful large rooms, the bathroom includes everything you need. Also the breakfast buffet has a large variety of chooses. The service of the front desk and concierge are truly 5 stars. Only 2 suggestion for improvement: 1 the pool needs some proper cleaning specifically between the tiles and in corners. 2 we suggest to install a buzzer or phone at the beach and main hotel for transfer from and to the beach. 'Dit is tot op heden de mooiste Resort met topkwaliteit op alle niveaus: de suite was prachtig, ruim met prachtig zicht op tuin, zwembad en zee. De service is super attent en uitermate vriendelijk, maar hoegenaamd niet stijf, met vleugje humor. De Spa was zalig, de restaurants topkwaliteit, uitermate gezellige beach-club met uitstekende kingcrab, gezellig orkestje in de bar s'avonds... enkel superlatieven, wij voelden ons in de hemel.
