'The room wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. The toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over the bed. The backside of the building had a broken door and had people from a next door club hanging around staring at people.'

'Recently updated rooms but paper thin walls; I could hear everything; check in staff not helpful to tell me where to park or how to get in; no signs in garage plus roads were blocked two days I stayed and no one bothered to give heads up on how to get in or out; had to clean hair out of bath tub. Can’t expect too much for price but basic etiquette would have been nice.'

'Stayed at this Holiday inn a few times. Good stay overall, They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction.'

'Hotel was neatvand tidy. Beds were good, bathroom amenties were ok, but missing hair conditioner. Free breakfast in the morning, and was awesome, bacon, scrambelled eggs, 3 kinds of toast, biscuits and gravy, fruit and cereal. Close all amenities. Will stay there'

'Worst night of sleep. The fire alarm kept going off starting at 1 am. We were exhausted and moving was not an option. We left the wall furnace off and it stopped beeping. We got about 4 hours sleep. When I reported it in the morning, the desk person said “thanks we will look at it”. Wow! The customer service is a little rough!!!'
