'The night desk clerk put my on hold and 'forgot' me when I called to say we would arrive late. After 5 minutes on hold I hung up and called again and he answered immediately. We arrived to find the desk in the room had liquid still on it and had not been cleaned before our arrival. Normally this hotel has everything clean and in good order so our latest stay was a let down. I hope they get things 'cleaned up" for our next stay.'

'It was unique that I was not able to use the stairs and that all the plates, ciups, etc. during breakfast were thrown away. I couldn't believe that.'
