'To start off- great communications from the team. Very prompt with information on how to check in, what the area has to offer etc. and even on the day of checking in, Kelly was there to assist where to park etc. When we got in, everything was clean, the house had amazing view of the lake. Kitchen was stocked with all required utensils, and bathroom with sufficient towels for party of 10. Pool wasn’t open in April, but hot tub was there for everyone to enjoy. 'It was a convenient location. The furniture definitely needs an update and the carpets could use a good cleaning. The couches sunk in and smelled old, the beds and pillows were extremely hard. The place overall had a funky smell, but I think it was due to the things listed above. It was a little upsetting they don’t give the basic complementary items such as shampoo/conditioner and coffee pods. Again, nice location but the place could use some love.'

'The host experience was disappointing. She wasn’t on the property and offered little help when issues came up. The table linen was dirty, bedding felt like hand-me-downs, and there was no dish or shower soap on arrival. When I asked, she told me to “look around” for it and to use a pot to boil water since there was no kettle. A lamp had a severed wire, and the bathroom sink plug didn’t work.The property is “pet-friendly” only in that dogs are allowed — the outside area is sheer rock and cactus...

'Very nice Condo! We had a nice stay at the Falcon's Nest. The kitchen is stocked well and the beds were comfortable. The condos are quiet and the neighbors were friendly. '

'The penthouse was very spacious, the host was active and responsive when we had questions. However it was very dirty, there was dust everywhere. Couldn’t even use the coffee machine because it was so dirty, the towels were folded as if they were clean but had hair and nasty things on them. The entire room had a weird odor. It could def use a deep clean. But the lodge was amazing, there was so much activities planned for the kids! '
