Why we gave 3 stars is - most issue is staff shortages… ppl is not at front desk all the time.
When calling there , nobody takes phone and message machine came out but never call back : (
We ordered to go breakfasts in the restaurant and had to wait more than 1 hr!!
Facility is great but they need to improve staffing issue .'

'Im sorry if the name is not correct but John was the kindest person. I booked a room specifically for the bath tub and when the room i was given didn't have one he generously moved me to a different one that did. Very friendly staff and hotel was nice and clean. I live locally so i will definitely be taking another stay-cation here.'

'We just stayed there for the first time and was very impressed. Property shows like it’s new with nice touches in the lobby and hallways. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. This time of year was cold and rainy so didn’t visit the pool area but now we know this hotel will be our go to in the future visits. Hard to beat price and location.'
