'Hotel is netjes, niets op aan te merken. Boeking was inclusief ontbijt, echter dat betekende in dit geval dat je uit 5 gerechten op een kaart kon kiezen. Wanneer je wat anders wilde, dan moest je bijbetalen. Nog vreemder en irritanter was dat bij aankomst bij het ontbijt direct gemeld werd door de serveerster dat service er niet bij inbegrepen was dus dat je nog wel moest betalen. Bah, ik heb het ontbijt als vervelend en slecht ervaren!!!'

'Ample parking available. Exhaust fan didn't work for 2 days during a 3 days stay. Every time we contacted the front they apparently didn't do anything to fix it except David. David promptly resolved the issue.'

'The room was very dirty, and the common areas were also very dirty. The guy who works at reception is extremely rude and ill-mannered. The staff doesn't speak English or French. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT'

'Room was exactly what was expected for the price (ie great price). Not much water pressure in shower. There was no ‘no smoking’ sign on our door despite being told it was a non smoking room- the room smelled of smoke., There was a woman asleep on the couch chair in the covered alcove with a lit cigarette most of the time we went out of room, leaving ash all over herself, couch and floor that was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. No ice machine. Friendly and helpful staff.'

'De kamer was op zich oke, schoon en de badkamer prima. Maar de bedden waren niet heel comfortabel en erg klein. Iets groter (queen size minimaal) zou fijner geweest zijn. Jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid is om te ontbijten in het hotel. Gelukkig weer van alles in de omgeving om te eten. '

'Easy check in late at night and great communication via WhatsApp. The location is excellent to walk everywhere downtown and close to metro yet a block or so removed away from noise and traffic. Didn't try the breakfast nor did we need a car and the parking looks easy via the back. Small kitchen outside our room for water, tea & coffee and there was stove and microwave if needed and also was a small fridge in the room. Good value for the money to stay here during F1 and the Habs game.'

'Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. Would recommend this hotel. '

'This is a super cute boutique hotel. There is an excellent coffee bar in the lobby, and specialty coffees are included with your stay. A continental breakfast is also included. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.'
