I had booked for the next night accidentally, showed up at 8:30pm to check in and found out! Yikes! They were able to easily accommodate us calmly and simply. Amazing! I could not be happier with their customer service and helpfulness! I give them my highest recommendation! '

De geboekte kamer was in orde. Voor zover ik kon zien had elke kamer een terrasje voor de deur. Bij ons was dit niet. Dit was echter snel opgelost. Een 10-tal meter verder onder de olijfbomen stonden enkele tafesl en zeteltjes. Die mochten wij dan gebruiken. Best gezellig ' s avonds. Het restaurant aan het verblijf was ook goed. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too...
