'Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.'

'Hortulanus is simply extraordinary. We had a large group that fluctuated between 9 and 13, including children. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool is stunning. Overall the property is even larger than it looks in the photos, with large indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Before the stay, Shifra was very helpful and communicative. 'We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…'

'L'unica cosa buona era che la mobil home era pulita e messa bene. Per il resto male. Nel 2025 non è ammissibile che l'aria condizionata vada pagata a parte, che non ci sia la televisione ed il campeggio non abbia il wifi.Inoltre il responsabile di Happy Camp non parla neanche italiano.Completamente deluso.Silvio '

'The area and surroundings are great, the pool is huge and a bliss in Italian summers. The house itself is ok, but a lot was missing or not working. Umbrella’s and deck chairs at the pool were old and/or broken, matrasses terrible and beds squeeky. Hardly enough cups and drinking glasses. We ran out of gas soon, water was out for almost an entire day. I do not mind all this if the price is accordingly. But for this huge amount of money I expect more ‘luxury’.
