'When you book a standard king room, the picture shown is NOT the room you are actually getting. The room shown has vinyl flooring and new updated furniture. The room you get is extremely outdated with dirty furniture, gross rug and old bedding. There is no elevator and your rooms are accessed outdoors. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast area was not well maintained with overflowing trash and dirty tables. After dark outside going to our room, I did not feel safe with people hanging outside. ...

'Beautiful Inn. Easy check in check out. The location was perfect. Our room was adorable with thoughtful details. We were not able to stay for the included breakfast but it looked & smelled amazing on our way out. I hate that we missed it.'

'Good place just wish room was not at cross over exit door slammed a lot o well great other than noise neighbors'

'The service was horrible.'

'Very convenient for Bates. Clean and comfortable.'

Communication with the host was excellent, they were very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered on our stay. The property is situated on a very steep hill - the driveway is not for the faint of heart and we laughed every time we backed...

'Everything is great about this property. Just one thing, the upstairs bathroom in the Harrison Suite has no curtain to close, only a lace cover that is see-through, so no privacy in the bathroom. Other than that issue, the inn is fantastic.'
