'Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. The accomodation we booked for is for 3-4 people and hence on the photos was more roomy. This one is a studio...

'Actually they don't wanna open for foreigners yet. They asked me to find other place to stay. I just found that when I'm there. Anyway I stayed alone in a dom which 6 people could stay together. Anyway I guess it was the very good place to stay~2 big supermarkets make me easy to have meals~Hope you also enjoy this place. By the way, you need insects killer to be there comfortably~many mosquitoes~'

'Checking process was smooth. The rooms were very nice and clean, feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Our room has a very nice view of the city. Desiree the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs as well as the bell boy ( I forgot his name). The location is close to glorietta and greenbelt mall (about 8 min drive). They have airport transfer that is reasonably priced and have a good driver. The only negative comment I can make is that the way to the parking spot...

'The window seal didn’t close in our room so we could hear all the cars / bikes / ambulances. Which in Manila was a lot! They left a pair of underpants from the previous guest hanging in our bathroom! At morning breakfast, they played “the best of TikTok” music really loud at 7am. It was like sitting in an arcade. '
