'The property was beautiful and the house was just enough for my wife and I. Myra met us when we arrived and showed us around the property and then give us our space to celebrate our anniversary. 'Stayed for a couple nights this summer with my teenage daughter and niece. The girls loved it. Looks just like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. Short drive to downtown, beaches and trails. There were no window coverings in the main living space which I thought was weird at first but then we watched the evening light come through the trees. Beautiful. It’s very quiet and peaceful. 'This cottage was a wonderful way to enjoy the area during the day and retreat to quiet a bungalow at night. We’d catch the sunset out past pudding creek and head back to the warmth and serenity of the cottage. A great place to sip morning coffee, read a book, and listen to music. It is clean and well appointed with towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The heater is very efficient in warming up too! Spencer was very communicative - checking in and out was a breeze. "Average in every way. Didn’t sleep very well. We had a room on the ground floor and when the guests in the room above us walked we could hear the creaking of the floor. In addition the guests in the room above us lighted their BBQ on the passage. Open fire in a wooden building is dangerous and we were surprised hotel staff did not act on this dangerous situation. Complementary breakfast was tasty, but started at 7:30 am. Quite late. All in all a disappointing experience given the high price we had to pay for the room."
