'The unit is located on the first floor corner unit of a 3 or 4 story condo project. Parking is right out front. Private covered deck c/w gas BBQ. Didn't have a chance to use either as weather was not great. Full kitchen. There is a good walk in shower and tub. 2 full baths. Unit was clean and access was via lockbox. Unit is about 15 minutes from the middle of town, Turn left go 5 minutes make a right and 7 or 8 minutes down the road is the centre of town. Quiet location. Lovely wooded setting....

As mentioned before in some of other reviews it’s needs a deep clean, windows, curtains washed etc to make it shine. 'In a lovely new neighborhood up in maple bay, we really enjoyed our little place while we attended a dance competition at the cowichan theater.
