'We had a great time at the house! Everything was clean and spacious, the pool was nice and the view is amazing. We had good communication with the owner and we also got a lot of tips for good restaurants and thubgs to do in the neighborhood. We can really recommend this house to stay during your holiday!'

'Dit was de derde keer dat wij met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen gedurende twee weken in casa Pietra verbleven. Het voelt inmiddels als thuis. We houden van het huis en van de omgeving en raken niet uitgekeken in de Piëmonte. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de grote tuin met vele zitjes biedt voor een ieder mogelijkheid te rusten, spelen, lezen, kletsen, borrelen met elkaar of afzonderlijk. En dan nog het fijne zwembad! Op enige afstand zijn David of Simone die kunnen helpen waar...

'Very clean, large, and well equipped house about an hour south of Turin. Ample shopping and restaurants selections nearby. Kids loved the pool and the fully fenced yard was perfect for our German Shepherd.'

'Following last years success we revisited this house for a 10-night stay in August. This house is ideal for our family of 4, parents and 2 adolescents. Even on a hot day the house is very comfortable. A car port has been added to keep your car cool also. Again we had a very good time. We visited Acqui Terme, Torino, Milano and some local villages. The owners Ferdinando and Andrea are very welcoming. The house is very well equipped, we did not really miss anything. We will try to visit again next...

The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone...

'Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso casale/villa durante le feste Natalizie. Le camere una piu' bella dell'altra, letti comodi e ampi bagni. Le zone comuni accoglienti e spaziose! La cucina completa di tutto. La vista dalla casa è stupenda. Ringraziamo ancora i proprietari molto disponibili. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento all'arrivo che hanno provveduto subito a sistemare.'

The house is very nice. Nicer even than the photos. The finishes are very good with modern amenities like double glazing. Thanks to the shutters on the windows the house stayed a nice temperature, even though there was a heat wave outside. So we slept comfortably. The house is located with 360 views of vineyards...

'La Villa Younesco est très bien située pour qui veut découvrir le Piémont, tout en offrant un havre de calme après une grosse journée. Un très bel emplacement qui offre une vue photogénique sur les collines environnantes, plusieurs restaurants de qualité à quelques minutes à pied, et le propriétaire qui s'assure que tout se passe bien tout en restant discret. La Villa convient bien à 4 personnes.'
