' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

'On arrival, entering the property with digital keys was quick and efficient. We had no issues. Housekeeping staff was excellent help throughout the trip. He was attentive and polite. The room itself was comfortable, has everything you would need for a stay. I would only suggest availability of complimentary water, as advertised on the welcome video, as this was not in the room. 'De service was uitstekend. Door een staking moesten we een dag langer in Bologna blijven. De eigenaar hielp ons aan een kamer in een ander appartement, regelde de bagage en regelde een taxi die ons om 4 uur 's nachts naar de luchthaven bracht. Zoiets maakt een al mooie vakantie extra prettig.'
