'The heavens opened up and the whole city was flooded - problems arose but Viktoria was absolutely professional and was able to manage problems and found solutions that normally would not have been. Definitely a return visit is planned when back in Bologna! Grazie Mille'

'Location is pretty great and we enjoyed walking into town almost everyday. The check in was a bit more complicated than it needed to be and getting actual information about the area did not meet with success. Parking information was also not given until late in the process and i had requested it earlier. I chose this place based on their 5 star rating and it just did not deserve that from our experience. '

'Hele fijne plek, met een gezellige keuken waar je altijd een praatje kan maken. De cabines zijn ideaal voor een beetje privacy. Personeel is behulpzaam - ondanks dat het hostel klein is zal je niks tekort komen. '
