'I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out). 'The rooms were professionally cleaned and spotless. There was enough entertainment for the children in the form of games and a large television, with a smaller tv upstairs. Both smart tvs. The attention to detail was impressive, with lots and lots of nice touches. Roberta was always approachable and only a message away. Our main shop we used was the Elite, approx 5-10 minutes walk away. We had an amazing stay and I would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thanks very much!'

'The location of the house was good. It was about a 15 -20 min walk from the Termini Station. There was a restaurant and ice cream place on the street. The grocery store was about 8 mins away. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of coffee makers. But the kitchen table was in one of the rooms where there are couches (that can be used as beds) not the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient to use while people were sleeping.
