'Perfect location '

'Vanwege de enorm goede beoordelingen hadden we meer verwacht. Natuurlijk verwacht je geluidsoverlast zo dichtbij een vliegveld, maar het was ook echt serieus. Daarnaast een zacht en veel te kort bed. En was de eerste locatie waar we vieze voeten hadden als we rondliepen en daarna t bed in stapten. Het was dus geen prettige nacht. Wel bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen en speciaal voor ons ontbijt en lekkers klaargezet vanwege ons enorm vroege vertrek, voor het ontbijt geserveerd werd. '

'Abbiamo soggiornato al Sottosopra per due notti e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale sia per la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari (mia figlia è celiaca e ci hanno fato trovare prodotti specifici per la colazione) che per le ottime condizioni della struttura. Oltretutto, svegliarsi la mattina con un delizioso profumo di torte fatte in casa proveniente dalla cucina non ha prezzo. '

'There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come.
