'The house is amazing. The view all aroud is so much more beautiful than captured in pictures. Great place right in the middle of wineyards and olivetrees. It was perfectly clean and has everything you need and many more. We have had awesome nights baking pizza and playing pool. The location of the villa is ideal nearby Florence and Lucca. The owners are very kind and help you wherever they can. The wine and olive oil they had for us tasted also very good. We would definitely recommend this...

But…the house is amazing for a large family vacation, business outings the way it is perfectly laid out to allow for privacy at night but wonderful gatherings at dinner and drinks and time together in the evenings! 'This place could not be in a better location. You would never know that you are practically down town Florence while staying in this little oasis. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! Now the spa underneath is a real treat! The water...

'Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

'We had the chance to spend 9 nights at the Barn. This place is beautiful and you feel at home. You will have fun contemplating the landscape and the sunsets from the terrace. We are traveling with two young children and we had access to two bassinets and high chairs. The bath also very useful with young children. We recommend this place which is very strategically placed to discover many of the attractions of Tuscany. We recommend and can't wait to come back!'

'Our large family of 12 spent 5 days at Podere Casetta and we absolutely loved it. There was plenty of living space to accommodate our party size and everyone slept comfortably. The property was postcard beautiful capturing all that you could expect from a Tuscan getaway. Everyone had a blast with on-site activities such as a pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, and volleyball. 'Mooie villa, volledig ingericht. Heerlijk buiten vertoeven in zwembad, jacuzzi, lounche of dinning area. Volledig privé Practische keuken en heerlijke pizza oven en bbq buiten. Super goed contact met de eigenares, problemen werden gelijk opgelost en alle vragen gelijk beantwoord. Regelmatig bijhouden en schoonmaken van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Kortom; echt de moeite waard Veel goede tips en fantastische omgeving. Heel dicht bij Sienna.'

'We hebben erg genoten in deze fantastische villa. Het was erg warm tijdens ons bezoek, het prive-zwembad was daarom erg prettig. Kamers zijn ruim en verzorgd. Airco hebben we daarom zeer gewaardeerd. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Florence en Toscane. Dat goed met de auto, maar ook met de bus. Bus 23 levert je af in het centrum van Florence. Fijne ontvangst door Jannet en fijne contacten vooraf met Carla.'

'Het is een prachtig, goed onderhouden, ruim huis met alle voorzieningen en een beschutte tuin en het was een heerlijke plek om Toscane te ontdekken. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg. Er was later een probleempje met een airco en dat werd na melding via whatsapp onmiddellijk opgepakt en verholpen.'

'Super verblijft gehad . Prachtige locatie en erg blij met de airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie uitvalbasis voor Siena Arezzo Pienza Montepulciano etc. . Dorpje dichtbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen ) met een goede bakker en een paar goede koffie tentjes restaurants en een goede gelateria. Het zwembad is perfect en wordt goed onderhouden . Op het ruime terrein heeft veel speel mogelijkheden . Top tijd gehad . Ook wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.'

'We had the most amazing time at Il Poggio! The property is well maintained, Roberta and Marina were incredible, and the location could not be beat. We took day trips (by car) to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Orvieto, and Montalcino, all of which were easily and quickly accessible.
