'We loved Upper Rooms. As a note to anyone staying here, be sure to contact owner at least 24 hours in advance to get check in information. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and a nice little balcony overlooking the marina. We found food within walking distance and the morning breakfast was satisfying.'

'Fabulous B&B! Great location, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and comfortable bed. We were very impressed by the attention to detail in our accommodation. 'Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Kommunikation ausschliesslich über Whatsapp. Unsere Frage bezüglich eines empfohlenen Parkplatzes wurde leider erst nach einigen Stunden und somit erst nach Ankunft beantwortet. Mussten uns somit selbst organisieren. Man erhält einen Gutschein für ein kleines Frühstück (ein Getränk und ein Croissant) im naheliegenden Kaffee - das war super. Im Grossen und Ganzen ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!'

'Prachtig gelegen op zeer rustige locatie! Centrum is goed bereikbaar mits je goed ter been bent. Het is schoon netjes vriendelijk met een fabuleus uitzicht. Aanwezigheid van het privé strand is echt ultiem. Je loopt direct vanaf het teras het strand op. Hier staan zonne stoelen klaar met parasol. Helaas geen ligbedden. Na de middag ligt het strand in de schaduw van het hotel, de zonaanbidders moeten dan verkassen naar de 10 meter verderop gelegen pier. Lijkt mij geen probleem! Douches...

'What a great space! It is meters from the port, which made location perfect for my trip. Owner very helpful and friendly, responded very quickly to any concerns. 'Beach and port are on walking distance, but it remains a pity that there is no swimming pool. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was minimal (cracker and croissant) and not the buffet as mentioned in the reservation. Value for money, also if you are traveling with kids.'

'Perfect location visiting Aeolian Islands just a walking distance to the port. Besides from that the hotel got major renovation! The current pics here needs updating as it a modern now! 'In een eerste oogopslag betreft het een uitstekend en goed gericht hotel. Echter er wordt duidelijk bespaard op onderhoud en mogelijk ook op personeel. Met name het sanitair is na de de kortgeleden uitgevoerde renovatie al weer toe aan onderhoud. Slecht werkende spoelinrichting, loshangende douche, slecht sluitende douchedeur, schimmel op de kit voegen of zelfs ontbrekende kit voegen. De wandtegels waren aangeslagen met kalksluiers. Werking airco niet goed in te stellen...

'Very accommodating. Stefano allowed early check-in and he was so kind to drive us to the Milazzo train station. The place is easy to find and Stefano is easy to contact by phone or WhatsApp. Kitchen is stocked with treats, coffee, tea, milk, bread, jams. He has a beautiful patio. Under a lemon tree and he allowed us to take some lemons home. The place is very clean and comfortable. Would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of the house.'

'I fell in love with everything, the Villa, the silence, the olivetrees, the beautiful garden, our room, breakfast in the garden.. A 10 -15 minute drive away there are good restaurants to find and nice empty beaches. When you are stressed out this is the place to be. Our Tom Tom could not find it but we got some help from the nextdoor neighbours.. Enjoy your stay!'

'This tucked away resort is extremely charming. The 1 bedroom villa was extremely roomy and had all the basic necessities needed. We were able to cook and had a larger refrigerator. The property manager is extremely cordial, kind, and really went out of his way to welcome us. The property sits on the side of a mountain overlooking a sparkling pool, which then ever looks a city and the Mediterranean. The sunsets are gorgeous. Enjoyed a lot of time on the grounds by the pool and on our patio....
