Az alkalmazottak kommunikatívak és segítőkészek. Egy dolog hiányzott csak, hogy nincs lift, kézben kellett felcipelni a bőröndöket a második emeletre, de ha ez nehézséget okoz, a recepciós örömmel segít.'
