'Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! '

'Excellent experience with incredibly attentive staff. The room was delightful and just what we needed. The parking was easily accessible even though one needs to drive around the block to get there, but it’s just behind the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and again served very attentively in the same space that, at night, is used for the Onda Blu high level fish-focused restaurant (10% off too as hotel clients). Don’t be fooled by the “fish market” designation on Google Maps...
'This was a two night stay. Loved the rooms but didn't like not having someone on site to assist with check in. Although, it was seamless communicating via WhatsApp to check into our rooms. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Syracuse. The parking is secure behind a gate and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Plus there was a bus stop a half a block away for added convenience. '

'Ortigia is een prachtig schiereilandje met een oase aan barokke architectuur. Adembenemend. Het hotel is perfect gelegen, ongelooflijk mooi en de service onberispelijk en hartelijk.
Niets is te veel en iedereen is warm hartelijk.
Met een extra voor parel Eva die ons ontbijt verzorgde.
Prachtige kamers, superschoon.

"We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf . Het onthaal was heel vriendelijk en we voelden ons hier dadelijk thuis. Het hotel straalt ook een zekere familiegevoel uit wat het ook tot een aangename ervaring maakte. Verder waren we heel tevreden over het ontbijt en het avondmaal.
