'Excellent experience with incredibly attentive staff. The room was delightful and just what we needed. The parking was easily accessible even though one needs to drive around the block to get there, but it’s just behind the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and again served very attentively in the same space that, at night, is used for the Onda Blu high level fish-focused restaurant (10% off too as hotel clients). Don’t be fooled by the “fish market” designation on Google Maps...
'Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! '

Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! 'This property has it all! Parking, although not free, was close by and safe. The rooftop terrace we enjoyed immensely and the room was very nice. The island is loaded with restaurants and shopping, everything is within a short walk and very safe. We also enjoyed a boat trip around the island. 'After the helpful hotel staff assisted in finding a parking place for our car, we were treated on one of the terraces under the grapevines on a welcome drink accompanied by some local pastries whilst enjoying a cool afternoon sea breeze.

"Ortigia is een prachtig schiereilandje met een oase aan barokke architectuur. Adembenemend. Het hotel is perfect gelegen, ongelooflijk mooi en de service onberispelijk en hartelijk.
Niets is te veel en iedereen is warm hartelijk.
Met een extra voor parel Eva die ons ontbijt verzorgde.

Het hotel straalt ook een zekere familiegevoel uit wat het ook tot een aangename ervaring maakte. Verder waren we heel tevreden over het ontbijt en het avondmaal.
