'Francesco was very helpful prior to our arrival providing very good information regarding car parking etc. We arrived at 11pm on a Saturday evening and he was there waiting for us. The appartment is clise to the centre of Ortigia so a great location for exploring the whole of the historuc centre. The Cafe di Roi opposite the appartment was very good for breakfasts and very reasonably priced. We used the cafe every day for breakfast. The road is a little noisy in the evening as cars pass by...

I was concerned that the host did not make contact until just a few hours before check-in. However everything worked well once the contact had been made I would stay here again'

'My family of four really enjoyed staying at this property! The location is perfect. It sits right above the Ionion Sea bay and the view from the balcony is amazing! It also sits right above a row of restaurants. During the day you could hear the hub-bub from there, but at night they shut down and it was so quiet and peaceful.
