'I booked this property through Expedia as a Platinum member chose it based on it being VIP property, photos and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. The location in Ortigia is excellent and breakfast was appreciated. However, the room (22) we were assigned was in noticeably poorer condition than expected. 'Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos.'
