'Reception was nice, it seemed we were the only guists and quickly she changed our room from the third floor to the first. There was no elevator and we had heavy luggage. No help. The bathroom was very dirty and outdated, brown tiles, the water at sink didnt run. The toilet holder was loose. Breakfast was a few minutes away but nobody spoke English. Overal it was ok but not worth this money. We stay in much better hotels for less.'

'We absolument loved the room for our family of 4. The view is amazing and the staff is great. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and go to all restaurants and attractions. The only thing to know is that the parking is a few streets away and that they bring you to the appartment by car before going to Park your car. It was easy enough though :) overall great stay! I would recommend.'

'Very misleading. Unfortunately most of the outdoor pictures are literally from a different area of the city. The outdoor dining was a pile of trash and wood in the corner of a dusty dirty courtyard, nothing at all like the pictures. Spiders everywhere inside. I get it, old city is old city but there was months of opportunity to tell us the truth about the state of the place. Not impressed at all. Please be truthful. Update some pics and DELETE the ones that you know shouldn’t be there. Oh...

"Lovely place to stay at an ideal place in the historical part of Syracuse (Ortygia), quiet but at a walking distance of everything there is to see or do. Helpful staff and clean room. Also a good breakfast buffet, with an amazing view of the harbour and when we couldn't make breakfast the second day due to having to catch an early train we got some fruit instead, so we can only thank the staff again for their flexibility. Would definitely recommend!"
