'Reception was nice, it seemed we were the only guists and quickly she changed our room from the third floor to the first. There was no elevator and we had heavy luggage. No help. The bathroom was very dirty and outdated, brown tiles, the water at sink didnt run. The toilet holder was loose. Breakfast was a few minutes away but nobody spoke English. Overal it was ok but not worth this money. We stay in much better hotels for less.'

'Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Es zwar nicht alles hundertprozent perfekt aber man erkennt die Mühe, die man sich macht. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar Kaffee und Kaffee (Mokka) Kocher war vorhanden. Dadurch dass man zuerst durch ein verschlossenes Portal und dann erst durch die Wohnungstüre muss fühlt man sich sehr sicher! Und die Stadt an sich ist meiner Meinung nach eine der sichereren Städte Italiens!!'

Apartment had everything including access to a washing machine & dryer on the ground floor. First class location for exploring Ortigia. Restaurants, bars & cafes everywhere.
