'Heerlijk appartement op mooie centrale locatie met echte Italiaanse bars en restaurants om de hoek. In laagseizoen helemaal fijn en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer complete inrichting, schoon en goed bed. Bij vijfdaags verblijf werd tussentijds schoongemaakt, bed opgemaakt en schone handdoeken - super. Prachtig terras op het dak, bij het appartement op de vijfde verdieping, met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Gebouw heeft lift, dus vijfde verdieping geen probleem ;-)'

'Excellent location for exploring Venice. General area can be very busy with tourists but walk a few alleys over and there’s no one. It took a while to figure this out but once we did it was fabulous. The apartment is spacious, quiet and decorated in true Venitian style. We loved it!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a lovely square, yet only about a 10-minute walk to most major sights. One of the highlights was being able to catch a gondola ride right outside the apartment instead of waiting in long lines in crowded areas.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The only minor inconvenience was the shower temperature being a bit tricky to keep...

'My husband and I were first timers to Venice and only stayed two nights. The location of this property is great, because it’s far enough from the tourist areas that it is very quiet, yet it’s a very quick walk to the water boat stations, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great AC for hot, August months. And a first floor apartment, so easy entry. We would absolutely stay here again.'

'Het verblijf zag er net zo goed uit als op de foto's. Erg ruim en de locatie was fantastisch. Ook het dakterras was erg fijn, niet groot of luxe, maar wel erg leuk om zo over de stad te kunnen kijken. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep goed, snel en soepel. We waren dus echt tevreden, een aanrader dus!'

'Had a great stay here! Apartment is as described. Great communication. Clean, spacious, notes on the apartment amenities were helpful. Quiet building. It is on the 4th floor (no elevator like majority of buildings in Italy), but not really a big deal..just be aware of it. Close to everything you need to see and do in Venice. Don’t forget to check out Crazy Pizza just around the corner, as well as the gelaterie next to Hotel Da Bruno!! Have the Venetia cream gelato!!! 100% recommend...

"Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et un service au top, le personnel est très attentif à votre bien-être. J’avais demandé une surprise pour fêter norre anniversaire de mariage, nous avons eu un moment privilégié sur la terrasse de l’hôtel qui a une vue directe sur un petit canal où on voit passer bateaux et gondoles. Cet hôtel est très charmant et intimiste car peu de chambres. La chambre est charmante mais la partie sanitaire pourrait être rafraîchie. L’hôtel est très bien situé car proche du centre mais suffisamment éloigné pour se retrouver au calme. "
