'Heerlijk appartement op mooie centrale locatie met echte Italiaanse bars en restaurants om de hoek. In laagseizoen helemaal fijn en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer complete inrichting, schoon en goed bed. Bij vijfdaags verblijf werd tussentijds schoongemaakt, bed opgemaakt en schone handdoeken - super. Prachtig terras op het dak, bij het appartement op de vijfde verdieping, met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Gebouw heeft lift, dus vijfde verdieping geen probleem ;-)'

'This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!'

'Location, Location, Location! Felt like we lived there. Cooked Bolognese from scratch in the kitchen, even the fresh tagliatelle pasta. Wonderful bedroom, two large sleeper pullout couches, open the windows to bring the lively town square into the rooms. Simply the perfect Venetian stay.'

'This experience was everything we could’ve asked for and more! The place was spotless and in great condition. The apartment was well equipped and next to a supermarket so we could enjoy breakfast in Venice. I loved that the apartment was close enough to San Marco Square to be walkable but far away enough to be close to local spots. I want to give a special thanks to Morena for being so kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout this experience. This place is lovely.'

'The apartment is nice, in a good location, if they could only get rid of the FAUL SMELL of sewage, rotting death and moisty mould. Not a good place for an asthma and allergy family. It was a true Halloween-experience! The rental company was very helpful and found a wounderful, livable apartment in an other location of Venice. This was very nice but we still lost half a day of our holiday on moving.'

'I can't say enough about our recent stay in the Biennale Design Apartment R&R apartment. It was amazing! Beginning before we even arrived, Caterina arranged for transportation from the airport to just around the corner from the apartment. That was so convenient! The apartment was wonderful - in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. They then arranged transportation to the train station on the morning we left. 'Le manque de luminosité est rattrapé par l'accessibilité au rez de chaussé et la qualité des équipements. Rien ne manque et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au calme tout en étant proche de toutes les attractions de Venise. Le supermarché tout proche très intéressant et un restaurant à deux pas. '
