The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....

'Our family made this beautiful property “home base” while visiting Rome. Views are tremendous. Hosts are very communicative and left us a wonderful welcome gift. Car rental from Termini to property 45 mins (but plan on an hour + with traffic when returning). Quick drive to the nearby town for any provisions.
