'Excellent place and great communication with the staff'

'I had booked the stay for my family. This lady was highly abusive and behaved violent. She never gave any check in instructions and gave us the property only by 6pm . When we requested for a early time she abused us in Spanish and was rude. Today I messaged her in the morning at 8:30 am to allow us a little late checkout. She threatened to take the police to the apartment and throw my wife and children out of the property. Spoke very inappropriately to me . Finally I had to agree with her for a...
