'Great location for a holiday. Beautiful grounds and pool and a short stroll to the beach and bar. Village still felt Spanish with plenty of restaurants, and marina with more nightlife only 10-15 minutes walk along the seafront. Accommodation fairly well equipped (not enough cutlery) but a little tired with some repairs and maintenance needed eg family bathroom door needs repainting. But overall a great holiday spot.'

"Leuk resort, zowel voor alleen volwassenen als voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het uitzicht is geweldig, de locatie is prima, personeel is vriendelijk. Er is vermaak voor kinderen, de sfeer is goed. Helaas was de vakantie veel te kort ;-)"

"kamer met zicht en terras op de straatkant, veel lawaai van voorbijrijdende zware camions en leveranciers van het hotel, onze kamer zat thv verkeersdrempel, wat het lawaai nog erger maakte. s Nachts meerdere malen wakker geworden van het lawaai, uitslapen kon al helemaal niet. We hadden onmiddellijk na inchecken een andere kamer gevraagd, maar omruilen blijkbaar niet mogelijk, nochtans was het hotel totaal niet volzet (laagseizoen begin april). Opgelet het zwembad is NIET verwarmd, het was ijskoud 16°C, dus onmogelijk om te zwemmen. Spa en sauna niet toegankelijk zonder bijbetalen (20eur per dag pp). Rond het zwembad was de tuin absoluut niet onderhouden en stond er overal onkruid, dringend nodig om tuinmannen in te schakelen... Slaapkamer en badkamer is aan upgrade toe. Lobby en restaurant zijn wel mooi en modern ingericht. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Te veel betaald voor hetgeen maar geboden wordt, bijbetalen voor sauna niet meer van deze tijd."

"I'm glad I changed to this hotel last-minute, since it is very close to the airport and the border. I'm pretty sure I had booked a room with "city view", but got a view of the pool, the Gibraltar rock and the Spanish harbour. Even though it was very quiet in the hotel, they still served quite an extensive breakfast. Prices for drinks at the bar are very acceptable. Staff is friendly, rooms are fine. I noticed that about a third of the hotel is disused and totally blocked off, but I think most people won't even notice. The part that was open was well kept. Recommended for sure. Way cheaper than hotels in Gibraltar and getting accross the border on weekdays (in january) is a breeze. "
