  • Xona, geïnspireerd door de endemische papegaai van het eiland, is een luxebedrijf dat de rijke Afro-Caribische levensstijl wil promoten, vol kleurrijke mensen, zoals de nationale vogel, de Saint Lucian Amazona, wetenschappelijk bekend als de Amazona Versicolor.

    Villa Xona is een luxe villa ... uw thuis weg van huis, gelegen in Goodlands, met een prachtig uitzicht op Cul de Sac van weelderige groene vegetatie en bergen, inclusief de top van Mount Gimie, de hoogste berg van Saint Lucia.

    Dit uitzonderlijk ontworpen en goed aangelegde huis werd gebouwd in 2012 en ligt op 15 minuten rijden van het centrum, de belangrijkste stad centraal. Het is een open concept, split-level, met 6 slaapkamers waarvan 4 ensuite en master bedroom; 4 ½ bad.

    Op de begane grond: ruime woonkamer, familiekamer, eetkamer en foyer; een mooie functionele en moderne keuken met granieten werkbladen, barkrukken, fornuis, vaatwasser en dubbele deur koelkast; een krachtkamer, slaapkamer met bad; grote buitenruimte met een zwembad, barbecue en pooltafel direct buiten de woon- en eetkamer, waardoor het geweldig is voor entertainment; een natte bar die gasten zowel binnen als buiten bedient; wijnkoeler; een wasruimte met wasmachine en droger; een garage voor 2 wagens en een parkeerplaats voor 5 extra voertuigen.

    Op de bovenste verdieping: hoofdslaapkamer met bad en inloopkasten, jacuzzi, douche en balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad, 4 andere ruime slaapkamers en 2 andere baden. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning en plafondventilatoren.

    Ramen en deuren ontworpen om te profiteren van het uitzicht en om maximaal licht en ventilatie mogelijk te maken. Inbouwverlichting en dimmers om extra warme sfeer te creëren.

We were a multi - generational family group. 28yrs to 80yrs of age. The villa was a perfect size and facilities for our group. We needed two cars though as not suitable to walk anywhere. Would recommend as a great base to explore St Lucia from. Cheryl was a superb host and Suzi was a great local host.

Wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Xona. Everyone we interacted with was so nice & helpful. Suzy the Villa hostess went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable & welcome. She is just delightful! The switches took a bit to figure out which one goes to what. The roads here are very challenging Other than that St Lucia was absolutely fantastic!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for a week. The space was clean, the pool was lovely, communication with the property manager was efficient, and the taxi (Marcus) was quick. There was some typical wear and tear of the property, for example, only one burner on the bbq lit, there were a few pool table balls missing, and some lights were burnt out. Overall, our stay was great!

Everything was wonderful, our party of 6 had more than enough room for ourselves. If we had one hiccup to mention it would be about the lack of air in the common areas. We could not commune comfortably. Also Marcus and his son Josh the drivers was total GEMS they was so great to deal with and really took care of us. Would definitely stay at Villa Xona again.

Amazing retreat

The Villa was a lovely place to stay, with everything you would need for a fantastic holiday. Communication was spot on before we arrived and during our stay. Suzi was incredibly helpful and just so lovely she couldn’t have done more for us! Marcus the driver was amazing, he booked us into a couple of fabulous restaurants and also just so helpful with any requests we had! We can fault the place at all. The house was as described, with great views day and night. The bedrooms and baths were large and beautiful. The pool was perfect for relaxing, photoshoots, and night lighting. The driver Marcus is one of the top perks. Cool headed, quick to assist, funny, genuine, and the master of roads. He goes above and beyond. Got us to an excursion when we didn't get picked up, and found us a restaurant still open on a holiday evening. A gem to rent!

Amazing villa with an incredible host

The property is well equipped with all the necessities essential for a comfortable stay. The view and pool are such a great selling point, the picture doesn't do it justice. The best part of our stay was the villa hosts Chery and Suzy, they were always available for any and all questions to assist with our stay. They provided terrific recommendations for restaurants and vendors. And then there is Marcus! Marcus is the driver the property recommended we use for the duration of our trip... FIVE STARS! Marcus was patient and super accommodating to our needs and wants. Would definitely come back here for another stay.

Villa Xona

The house is beautiful. It has the luxury that everyone can enjoy. I don't agreed with no bath towel for guest. We normally travel with wash clothes, but was caught off guard when we were told wash clothes were were too expensive. I can understand the tv in every room was too much, but we travel on an annual basis and look for comfort in all rooms. If we knew this was not available, we would have not booked this place. The host sister were amazing and tried her best to make us comfortable. I felt we should have met the host personally. The location really doesn't give you the full outlet of the island. We had to try our best to find some activity that would have fit our need. The island is lovely, but we had no idea of what was outside the small area we were in. Loved the house. It was comfortable and well equip with the exception of wash clothes and tv's.

We arrived late and our Hostess was there waiting for us. She showed us the property and gave us needed information. There was only air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was a problem. The main areas of the villa, kitchen, den, living room and dining room had no air conditioning. The part of the town the villa was in didn’t seem like a nice area, dogs barking all night every night., but the villa was beautiful. There were some bugs (cockroaches, mosquitoes, geekos). There were not any lounge chairs in the pool area. There was one set of chairs and a table. And there were two chairs and a love seat and a coffee table. Not nearly enough for 12 people. There were seven of us so we were ok if one or two were in the pool They only supplied two towels and one hand towel no face towels. The driver Marcus was nice, but he charged us a lot to pick up one more person the day after we arrived( we later found out that was the standard price) but we think he should have advised us of the price. We we had agreed on a price to give the hostess because we added a person at the last minute, and she asked for that fee before she left on the first night. I had considered that was a tip upon leaving maybe I misunderstood. She was available to us to answer any questions during our stay and she came back once two days before our departure. The kitchen and grill were both used and everything worked nicely. We had a cook come in for dinner one night it was nice overall we had a nice time

Fantastic!

My family of 4 ( teen boys) loved staying here! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. There is a pool table outside that we enjoyed using also. The kitchen had most things we needed but there are many cabinets and dressers to look through to find things. Also, the dishwasher was broken so we had to do our own dishes- which was fine, but would’ve preferred to not be doing the dishes on vacation. Marcus the driver of the van is great!!! He was very helpful and informative about the island. A kind hearted man who wants you to enjoy your time there. Cheryl and Suzy were exceptionally helpful. They were great hosts and always responsive when I asked any questions. This was a great trip for my family and I would definitely stay here again!

Believe the hype!

We were met at the airport by Marcus, one of the most amazing humans ever. He is your go to, to get to anywhere you need to go. Suzy met us at the house to welcome us and make sure we knew how to operate everything. She was always a call away if we had issues. Cheryl, though not physically on the island also checked in on us. The house is as amazing as the pics. I will for sure be returning to Villa Xona. The whole team feels like family.

Incredible Hospitality

Villa Xona is a beautiful home. It is so spacious and could easily host 12. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. We loved the view from the outdoor living space. Jada was such an incredible host. She met us when we first arrived and was so fast to respond with questions, recommendations and even made dinner reservations for us. Easily the best host we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful place to stay for a great vacation..

Highly recommended. The house is beautiful, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed.. The property was exactly as advertise.. The owner was not there but she made sure her daughter welcome us and answered all our questions.. She set us up with all we needed, excursions, restaurants, local grocery store, even where to go take our rapid Covid test to return.. I will also recommend the optional private chef if you don’t feel like eating out, the food was excellent.. We really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely book this house again next time.. If you are looking for a great house to stay in St Lucia, look no further..

Very Nice Stay in the Castries

Villa Xona was booked for the second half of our stay in St. Lucia. The first half we stayed at a nearby all-inclusive. Cheryl was very responsive and helpful with our stay! Her daughter Jada checked us in and covered everything with us. She even booked our reservations at nearby restaurants. Her suggestion for Big Chef was great, we enjoyed our dinner and day in Rodney Bay. Our chef Val was amazing, we ate the leftovers from the meal she prepared for us the day we arrived until we left, it was that good! Our driver Markie who was arranged for us was courteous and accommodating. The only downside is it's not as private as I would have liked when on the patio and in the pool, but beihbors don't seem too nosey or intrusive. Also it's a big house with lots of lights and switches, labeling them would help out a lot. And the WiFi was spotty so I had to get an extra international plan to use my phone. Overall the stay was amazing, I'd definitely stay again and recommend.

Two weeks of paradise

My boyfriend and I were looking for a luxury villa with a private pool in St Lucia for months and then we came across villa xona. It was perfect, it had everything we wanted, so we contacted the owner Cheryl , she replied very quickly and with only 3 weeks notice we booked the villa With out any problems. We was met by the host Leo who was very friendly and helpful , he was on hand if we needed to contact him day or night. The pictures do not do the villa justice as the villa is huge. We had the choice of 6 lovely bedrooms so we decided to sleep in the master bed room which had the most amazing king size bed which was very comfortable, air conditioned, with a walk in wardrobe and a walk in shower. The kitchen and living area were very spacious and quite breathtaking with a full height ceiling and by folding doors which opened out on to the pool area which was a beautiful feature . The living space was well equipped for all we needed but the main thing for us was the pool and It didn’t disappoint!! The pool was a good size, very clean with the view u could watch as the sun sets. On hot days it was the best way of cooling down. The surrounding area had lots of wildlife such as hummingbirds and Zenaida doves which we loved to see. Coconut, mango and soursop trees where growing fruits around the villa but unfortunately they weren’t ripe to pick at this time of year. The local supermarket was less than a ten minutes drive away. So I would recommend u hire a car as St Lucia is very hilly. We enjoyed travelling out during the day to pigeon island, Castries, sugar beach and hotel Chocolat then we came back to the comfort of the villa and we enjoyed the BBQ while listening to music around the pool. Marigot bay is less than 20 minutes from the villa and we would recommend getting the little boat across to Doo Littles , JJ’s or Roots for great local food (I’m in love with Roti’s) and the rum punches. We really did have an amazing holiday and we have started saving for our return trip to villa xona and it will definitely be a place we would love to share with our families and friends.
