' The guy from the information about trips was really friendly and good. The hotel itself was okay but in the corridors guests were noisy, which was disturbing. Also the breakfast was not very nice and the pool had unclear water. '

'Based on the rating we had a higher expectation. Hospitality is not sincere, limited English and hotel was focused on high volume instead of cusomized service. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors. Between 6 and 7 cleaning started making noise and at 8am waking you up allready asking to clean room. The breakfast area felt like Eurodisney. To summarize, more a hostal then a hotel. When you...

'Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water. The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Shame about the monster resort getting built in front, looking at cranes and building work. '

'Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. Basic breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are available with dinners being shared dishes with other guests which gives the opportunity to meet others. You can hire bikes...
