'Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. 'Booked a family room for 2 nights, and actually was suprised how good the room was! A lot of space, nice bed (blanket is only a no for me, not really soft), bathroom is also big. Celebrated the birthday of my hubby in this hotel, I brought some balloons and asked if the staff could fill the room with the balloons for me while we’re away. 'Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2.'
