'Loved the room and the view'

'Based on the rating we had a higher expectation. Hospitality is not sincere, limited English and hotel was focused on high volume instead of cusomized service. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors. Between 6 and 7 cleaning started making noise and at 8am waking you up allready asking to clean room. The breakfast area felt like Eurodisney. To summarize, more a hostal then a hotel. When you...

'The boat was nice. It’s not the luxury liners you see, but it was a nice size and the rooms were good. The dinning area was cozy making it great for mingling with other passengers. The top deck was nice. What made the trip for us was the food and the staff. The staff were wonderful. Very kind and friendly and helpful and the food was amazing!! 'The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need. '
