'The location is out of the main city area. However that’s what I wanted as I wanted to travel to other areas and use the location as a base. This property was excellent value in a junior apartment. I give the staff 10 out of 10.'

'This is a great hotel with amazingly attentive and kind staff who are happy to assist you with everything, a wonderfully comfortable bed and a very spacious and super clean room. We also booked the Ha Long bay cruise with Paradise group and it was perfect. They put a lot of effort in providing high quality food, which we could experience at the breakfast buffet, during the cruise and at the nearby restaurants which are part of Paradise group.
