He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. 'The hotel was clean, fantastic view over the bay. Nothing was too much trouble for Trung who looked after us. He organised 2 great trips for us picked up front hotel. Breakfast also included it was basic but given the overall cost of the stay it was a top value for money. Not the Ritz clearly but totslly adequate. Peaceful sleep. '

'Based on the rating we had a higher expectation. Hospitality is not sincere, limited English and hotel was focused on high volume instead of cusomized service. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors. Between 6 and 7 cleaning started making noise and at 8am waking you up allready asking to clean room. The breakfast area felt like Eurodisney. To summarize, more a hostal then a hotel. When you...
