Vind je ideale hotel in Catasauqua

' we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

'Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice but was not the cleanest and the bed made really loud noises every time you moved which made it difficult to sleep.'

Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. '

'I stood here to attend my aunt’s birthday, and not have to drive over an hour afterward. I wanted an indoor pool for my 12 year old to enjoy. I like the fact that the pool was open from 6am to 11pm. I was able to attend the party and have a few hours at the pool. I was able to check in early and every single staff member was great. Very kind and helpful. The room met all of our needs and was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.'

'When we arrived there was trash left in our room, I guess the person who cleaned it left it behind. I called the front desk and they changed our run immediately. The new room had a broken desk, which is a problem because there wasn’t enough table top space to put things. The hotel was generally clean. The patio was rained on so the outdoor games hadn’t been wiped down. We got napkins and wiped them ourselves. The staff were accommodating and nice enough. Bar was fine, they gave us two drinks...

'Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, coffee always available in lobby, decent breakfast, ample parking. There honestly isn't anything about my frequent stays at the Hampton that is disappointing. They were even doing some renovating in the common seating area during this stay, and it was not at all disruptive. Impressive!'

'Hotel overall not bad. Room smelled clean and was actually clean. AC wasn’t working so it was unpleasant to sleep in the hot nice room.'

'The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.'
